Wow, my answer to your previous question is quite similar to this quote, even though I hadn't read it before. After producing a groundbreaking final project at Shenkar College of Engineering, Design, and Art, wherein she 3D printed an entire clothing line from her home, Peleg pioneered the first online platform for purchasing 3D printed clothing in 2017.

As a staunch advocate for sustainability within the fashion industry, Peleg uses recyclable materials in her creations.

She also believes that this new technology can drastically reduce waste and pollution, thus providing a more sustainable, hopeful alternative for the future.

Danit is a TED speaker and has been featured in world-renowned publications such as Vogue, The New York Times, and Women’s Wear Daily. I thrive in calm environments where I can focus deeply without any distractions, so nights are the best time for me. I’m working from my studio, which now based in Lisbon, and I love it.

?: What’s better in the realization process — for example, speed and forcing creativity by grasping the magic of the moment or a slow, ripening process for implementation and elaboration?

A slow, ripening process to start with, followed by milestones leading up to the final date usually works best. Often, it’s for a special event that I want to attend with my work.

In 2015, she made international headlines for being the first designer in the world to create an entire collection using desktop 3D home printers for her graduate project at Shenkar College of Engineering and Design. This collection became the world's first fashion collection printed using desktop 3D Printers and kickstarted my amazing journey in this field.

In 2018, she was recognized as one of Europe’s Top Women in Tech by Forbes. So, I guess my answer is absolutely yes. She recently unveiled her second 3D printed ready-to-wear collection, which included the world’s first commercially available 3D garment online – a limited edition collection of 100 3D printed bomber jackets.

Venturing into the realm of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), Peleg has made pieces from her inaugural 3D printed collection available as NFTs.

I loved working with this 3DP technology because it allows me to 3D print anything I can imagine, and I LOVED pushing the boundaries to create something that had never been done before. I use my intuition in every single moment of my day, often in my work. This initial thought or experience, that inspired me or a memory or a feeling is then developed into my ideas.

Her brand has gained acclaim in major international publications, including the New York Times, Forbes, Wall Street Journal, Vogue, and Elle. It comes as a visualisation before and during the design process.
