I'm not going to compare Israel to North Korea, obviously but I can't get over how differently the story gets told. Does it make sense to continue with an empty political debate, playing into the hands of the Zionists and maintaining the status quo? Now, I realize that I have never suffered to the extent of any Palestinian. I don't understand how anyone could think that we want this. Their collaboration is not merely an academic endeavour; it reflects a shared belief in the power of knowledge to foster understanding and, ultimately, contribute to a more just and equitable resolution to the longstanding issues in the region.
