Busani Ngcaweni has led the National School of Government in South Africa, which has grown into a leading management development institute in Africa and a recognised think tank for public sector reforms and civil service professionalisation. Ngcaweni writes for leading newspapers in South Africa and Asia. An avid reader, commentator and writer, Mr Ngcaweni has written articles for publications such as Business Day, City Press, The Thinker and Public Sector Manager.

He holds BPaed and BEd degrees, a MSc in Urban and Regional Planning (Natal) and an advanced project management diploma the University of South Africa School of Business Leadership.
