Nombulelo Thokozile Moholi as an independent non-executive director, effective from 1 September 2024. Previous roles include Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee for Engen (April 2018 - June 2024) and Independent Non-Executive Director and Co-Chairman of the Remuneration Committee at Anglo American Platinum (July 2013 - May 2024).

Additionally, Moholi holds the position of Lead Independent Non-Executive Director at Woolworths since July 2014.
