Lürzer's Archive 200 Best Ad Photographers, 2008/09, Cover. This award recognizes the individual who best demonstrates an artistic approach to the visual style of a commercial. The entry depicts the race against time as a man runs to catch a receding train.

“We have long wanted to do more to recognize images and the professionals who deliver them. Born in Italy in 1971, he began his career as a graphic designer and illustrator of film posters before devoting himself entirely to photography.
He has received awards from institutions such as Photo District News in New York, Communication Arts, the International Photography Awards and the Prix de la Photographie in Paris.
This collection of work was extended in 2009 to include accessories by Chanel, Cartier and Christian Louboutin, thanks to a collaboration with Le Figaro, which dedicated the cover of its special edition to his work.

Prix de la Photographie Paris, Silver, press fashion. He serves as cinematographer on all of the commercials he directs. The images created for this series were awarded at the Prix de la Photographie in Paris in 2012.
In 2012 Lewis Blackwell, photo curator and founder of Creative Review magazine, included him in the book "Photowisdom Masters Photographers on Their Arts."
In 2016, Fulvio Bonavia won the “Fine Art Photographer of the Year" award at the International Photography Awards in Los Angeles.

He has since gone on to create several other documentaries about his travels around the world, including "The Sacred Valley" (about Peru) and "The Lost World" (about Venezuela).
Bonavia's photography is known for its vivid colors and unique perspectives. He has also won a special award as “Photographer of the Year” at the Mobius Awards in 2010 in the US.
Bonavia also regularly collaborates with magazines such as Vogue Gioiello, Vogue Accessory, Vogue Italia and Vanity Fair.
His first book, “A Matter of Taste," was published by Hachette, Australia in 2008.

Fulvio Bonavia is an award-winning Italian photographer. His work has taken him around the world, from the deserts of Africa to the jungles of South America, and his photographs have been featured in publications such as National Geographic, Time Magazine, and The New York Times.
In addition to his photojournalism work, Bonavia has also created several documentary films about his travels.
