She began her career as a model, appearing in advertisements for brands like LG, Sony, Cadbury, and Airtel. The actress studied at Chettinad Vidyashram School, Chennai, for a year and then shifted to Army Public School, Srinagar, where she completed her schooling. She was also seen in Kidnap and Well Done Abba.
In 2014, she participated in Colors TV's Bigg Boss 8.
She made her Bollywood debut with the movie Yahaan in 2015.
She played supporting and then leading roles in films such as Corporate, Rocky: The Rebel, Anthony Kaun Hai, Honeymoon Travels Pvt. Ltd., Anamika, Shaurya, and Dus Kahaniyaan.
