Jerzy Werbel
Jerzy Werbel attended the University of Education and Art in Poland, where he began his career as a painter.
Its violent nature of constant evolution is so subtle to the eye it is often overlooked. Over time, he developed a remarkable perspective of his new homeland.
After a very difficult move, he established a studio in the southwestern Ontario region. We do not share this information with outside parties unless required to do so by law.

STATEMENT :
At first glance our land is a seemingly peaceful utopia.
During this time, he developed a noteworthy perspective of his newly acquired homeland. After several years of work in Poland, he decided to settle in Canada via Germany. His violent, ever-changing nature is so subtle to the eye and he is often overlooked. In 1990 he permanently settling in the south western region of Ontario, Canada where he established his new atelier.

Your privacy is important to us. Its violent nature of constant evolution is so subtle to the eye it is often overlooked. Our land is a burial ground and a place of birth. I admire the static illusion that our landscape represents so, I obsessively continue to document its latest episode.
