    We are in need of many volunteers to attend and assist us in operating many facets of the show to ensure we execute a smooth and efficient event. This convenient distance ensures that
    participants can seamlessly travel between the conference venue and their accommodations,
    maximizing their time at the event and making it convenient for them to enjoy all that the
    conference has to offer.

    Calling all aspiring bakers, culinary students, and dessert dreamers!

    Do you:

    • Whip up epic creations at home?

      Learn and get inspired from your favourite chefs that will demonstrate new techniques, ingredients and trends that are moving the industry forward.

      volunteers to assist in the following functional areas:

      • Kitchen Hands: Assist in the daily competitions

      • Stage Hands: Assist in timing and support the Emcee and Pastry Note Speakers

      • Demos: Assist in setting up and facilitating chef demos if the breakout rooms

      • Front Office/Ticketing: Assist in customer relations, check-in/badge pick-up, and ticket sales

      • VIP Attendants/Runners: Attend to our VIP sponsors and help coordinate needs/requests

      • Show Floor: Runners to address/coordinate the needs and requests of all vendors

      For those interested in helping the National Pastry Conference usher in a new era of pastry competition, unite all facets of the pastry industry under one roof, and invigorate the public and professional interest in the pastry arts on the national stage, we will be offering a swag bag of products and discount codes from some of the biggest companies in the industry to those volunteers who are able to commit to and support all three days of the conference. 

      Responsibilities: 

      • Transport and Lodging: Each volunteer will be responsible for securing their own transportation and lodging for the duration of the event.

        The Park Cafe will be open daily throughout the event.

      Please fill out the following registration page in its entirety to secure your position as a volunteer. National Pastry Conference will be that platform that will bring professionals, non-professionals, students and those inspiring to become a pastry chef together in the largest pastry networking event in the US. 

      The three-day conference will be broken down into four sections:

      1.  Demos– All the demos that take place are in a separate gathering space so you are not distracted by the Pastry show.

        Assignments will be identified by NPC and each volunteer will be notified of their individual assignment prior to arrival at the event.
