    She left her HLN show On The Story which originated from New York City. She has since still been reporting daily news on both NBC Nightly News and MSNBC.

    On 6 June 2016, Erica revealed that she was returning to CNN’s Headline News, because she was invited to anchor their daytime news show “On the Story with Erica Hill”.

    She returned full-time to CNN as their national correspondent and lead fill-in anchor on 19 April 2018, and so left “On the Story with Erica Hill”.
