As I got older, I picked up Zarandi and became an absolute stalemate and I chose a nickname for myself, Babak. From the neighborhoods south of Tehran and from acquaintance with Iraj Janati Atai in these neighborhoods. In 1983, he made music for the films Weaknesses and Roots in the Blood, and in the following years for the films Maybe another time by Bahram Beizai, the series Sultan and the Shepherd, Angelica Wrestling, The Last Curtain, Talisman, Mercedes, Jahan Pahlavan Takhti, Red, Two Women, and wrote about 90 film musics.[7][8][9]
Babak Bayat trained many singers, including Mohammad Esfahani, Hami, Mani Rahnama, Nima Masiha.[10][11] He has composed many songs with the words of songwriters such as Iraj Jannati Ataei, Babak Sahraei and with the voices of singers such as Dariush, Moein, Ebi, Aref, Sattar and Googoosh.
His lifelong friendship with Iranian contemporary poet, songwriter, and playwright Iraj Janatie Ataie inspired him to compose many songs such as "Underwater Shout" and "Ali-Konkuri". He also taught film music at Tehran universities for eight years.[12]
Honors and awards
Babak Bayat has received many awards and nominations in his career.[13][14][15] The Cinema House Festival awarded him first prize for film music, for his work on The Witch.
Bayat composed soundtracks for about 90 Iranian films. A third son died several years ago.

Babak Bayat (Persian: بابک بیات,13 June 1946 – 26 November 2006) was an Iranian songwriter and film score composer.
In addition, Bayat had composed the soundtracks for the TV series "The Legend of the Sultan and the Shepherd", "Champions Never Die", and "Imamate of Love". He finally received the award for "The Bride" (1990), directed by Behruz Afkhami. He also celebrated the best compositions for a hundred-year-old cinema in the reporting ceremony of the film report.
In 2002, at a ceremony held in Shiraz, Babak Bayat and four other great artists in Iran were honored.
I became Babak Bayat and everyone knew me by that name.
Honors
Babak Bayat in the year 1990, after a few times the candida for film music, finally this year, when the five candidates of the film were announced three times his name was received by Fajr’s Crystal Simorgh prize for the bride’s film. He was also given the award for best composer on the centenary of cinema.[7] The majority of Bayat's awards, however, come from the Fajr International Film Festival.
Around Tehran, where it did not reach Saveh, was a place called Mammonieh, where the airport is now near Mamounieh. He then continued film production with the death of Yazdgerd, directed by Bahram Beyzaei, and in year 1983, made music for films: Weakness and Roots in Blood, and in subsequent years for films: Perhaps When Others and Travelers by Bahram Beyzaei, Serial The Sultan and the Shepherd, Angelica ship, the Bride, The Last Curtain, The Talisman, Mercedes,The Jahan Pahlavan Thakhti, The Infected Hands, The Bus, The Red, Two Women, Sheida, and wrote about 90 films and his latest TV series is Love

In 1966, he began studying music under Samin Baghtcheban and Nosratollah Zaboli at the Tehran Opera. According to him about his real name: I had a very long name and family name: Ali Hussein Bayat Zarandi Absolute.
