Born on July 12, 1959, in New Delhi to a mechanical engineer father and an Ayurvedic doctor mother, Luthra’s upbringing instilled a passion for impacting lives, influenced by her mother’s involvement in the social organization, Amar Jyoti.
Her pursuit of excellence led her to pursue specialized studies in beauty, nutrition, and skincare across Europe, including London, Munich, and Paris, following her graduation from the Polytechnic for Women in New Delhi.

Armed with a mere two thousand rupees and boundless ambition, she embarked on her entrepreneurial odyssey.
Securing a bank loan, Luthra embarked on an uncharted path, braving skepticism and unfamiliarity with her concept of transformation centers. However, convincing doctors to work with her on health and wellness was tiring at first.
It has its operations up and running in 326 locations across 153 cities in 13 countries in South Asia, South East Asia, the GCC region and East Africa. She continues travelling across the world to understand their needs regarding wellness. Despite gender biases and doubters, her perseverance paid off, culminating in the establishment of her first salon in Delhi’s Safdarjung area.
Championing a holistic approach to wellness, Luthra’s vision combined glamour with clinical expertise, a concept initially met with resistance from medical professionals.
