When the Gokul Ashtami came, he got the ‘Gopal-Kala’ ceremony duly performed and on Id festivals, he allowed Mohammedans to say their prayers (Namaj) in his masjid.
Once at the Moharum festival, some Mohammedans proposed to construct a Tajiya or Tabut in the Masjid, keep it there for some days and afterwards take it in the procession through the village.
Liquid or semi-liquid things such as soup, vegetables, milk or buttermilk were received in the tinpot, while cooked rice, bread, and such solid things were taken in the Zoli. Reference: Satcharita Chp.8, ovi 122

Chandorkar’s son Bapu, innocently applied sandal paste on Baba’s forehead; and thereafter other devotees got courage to follow suit.

December 1911 Upasani composed the Hymn to the glory of Sree Sainath (Sree Sainath Mahimna Stotram).
The chhapi was wetted with that water, was then wrung out and wrapped round the pipe. Baba used to uproot the pillars fixed at night. To him who surrenders unto Me totally I shall be ever indebted.

26th November 1930 Sree Sai Satcharita was first published as a book by Ramchandra Atmaram Tarkhad and the rights were vested in the Sansthan.

Ramnavmi 1914 Balabuva Sutar (Satarkar) arrived in Shirdi for performing kirtan on Ramnavmi.
On the occasion of Gurupurnima Annasaheb Chinchanikar, on his own, appealed to Baba to ensure that Dabholkar gets another assignment. Reference: Devotees’ Experiences
The courtyard of Dwarkamayi was renovated. He always said, 'Words create delusion (MAYA BHRAMA) But Company of Sat Guru (SATSANG) imparts knowledge by removing ignorance.

Baba’s bestowal of grace on Hemadpant, by giving him an important lesson along with a handful of sugar candy after the Arati. Baba, when asked about his creed, to that he belonged to a Saint Kabir's creed.
So none could definitely decide whether Sai Baba was a Hindu or a Mohammedan. Followers believe that this action was meant to help them be rid of greed and material attachment.
The best-known book about Sai is the Shri Sai Satcharita, written by Govindrao Raghunath Dabholkar, who Sai nicknamed Hemadpant.
This has symbolic meaning and some disciples claimed miracles from this sacred ash. Reference: Satcharita Chp.4, ovi 66
March 1911 Sub-Judge, Tatyasaheb Noolkar passed away in Shirdi. They comprise part of Chapters in which the author, Shri Govind Raghunath Dabolkar alias Hemadpant refers to Saibaba his devotees and vision.
