Bishop Richardson, a paragon of dedication and faith, has left an indelible mark on our church and its members.

I had the distinct honor of singing one of his favorite hymns, “How tedious and tasteless the hours,” at his Retirement Celebration through Hymns.

“I am honored for service at this time in the history of our church I seek an interest in your prayers that I may rise to the occasion, that inadequacies may not be too glaring,” Richardson said during his investiture.
