Prabhu, who is otherwise known as Allama, Allaya, Allama Prabhu or Prabhudevaru, was probably born in the very beginning of the 12th century.
She later discarded all her clothes and stepped into the streets nude.
Prabhu, showed extraordinary spiritual wisdom and maturity even as a child. But Allama being a devoted yogi who had attained metaphysical enlightenment, turned down Mayadevi’s advances, and even used his yogic powers to disappear when Mayadevi tried to entangle him in an embrace.
His poems were mostly about his devotion and spirituality, which were conveyed in both simple and cryptic language. The child, whom the world was to know as the Vairagya Chakravarti (the supreme renunciate) was named Prabhu. Sri Rama Venkata Subba Setty – Indian Aviation’s Unsung Hero

Very few people know the significance of 1911-12 to Indian aviators.
For this, she was awarded the Padma Shri in 2018. Her unusual ways were questioned extensively by her Gurus Allamaprabhu and Kinnari Bommayya, but she explained and defended them fully.
In search of her divine love, she left for the city of Kalyana in the Bidar district of Karnataka and participated in the Anubhavamantapa (the spiritual and socio-religious congregation), which accepted only the spiritually enlightened.
His parents, Nirahaṅkāra and Sujñāni, were a devout couple and Goggeshwara was their family deity. Though his poems were mainly about his revered devotion to Shiva, he also used cryptic poetry to convey his thoughts on the credibility of social rituals and suggested appropriate ways to reform the society.
A collection of his poetry is included in the Vachana Sahitya literature, and there are 1,300 hymns are attributed to him.
Early life and childhood
Historians couldn’t ascertain the exact date when Allama Prabhu was born, and relied on writings of the century to learn more about him.
