    Van Mensvoort is the head of the Next Nature Lab at the Industrial Design Department of the Eindhoven University of Technology, a position he has held since 2003.

    He aims to understand our relationship with technology and create a future that benefits both humans and the planet. Van Mensvoort began his career in video games in the late 1980s and has since studied computer science, philosophy, and art. He has received degrees from Eindhoven University of Technology and the Sandberg Institute Masters of Rietveld Academy Amsterdam.
