If I am legally required to submit to any type of forensic testing, demanded by law enforcement, I will fight their demands in court.If I am charged with any crime related to the murder of JonBenet Ramsey, once in an American court, I will plead 'not guilty' to all charges brought against me.
I do know that the life drained out of her when her little girl died. It is my right to legally defend myself, whether I am guilty or not guilty.

As "Cold Case: Who Killed JonBenét Ramsey" notes, Karr said on his website that he was living "a very covert life outside the US" as of May 2024.
According to statements on that website, which appears to be run by Karr but was not able to be verified by Business Insider, Karr lived in the US from 2017 to 2020 before leaving the US once again in the summer of 2020.

December 29th is the birthday of Patricia Ramsey. During his brief stint, he taught in the Franklin County School System from December 17 to December 19 of that year.
Today, I am not only stronger, I am vicious. I will be represented by an attorney at all times possible in the presence of law enforcement.

In the event that I am ever arrested again for the murder of JonBenet Ramsey, I am prepared to defend myself.
John Mark Karr claimed he was with JonBenét Ramsey when she died. Even after the Ramseys moved away from Atlanta to Colorado, Patsy Ramsey frequently returned to Roswell Georgia with her children to visit her parents.
Am I discounting the housekeeper's eyewitness account that she saw me rummaging through the garage in Charlevoix? The lack of conclusive physical evidence and the constant public speculation have further compounded the challenges faced by investigators.
In it, John Ramsey stated he had "pretty strong evidence" that I had stalked his family well before his daughter was murdered.
Recently, I was told that Mr Ramsey revealed at least a portion of that "pretty strong evidence". Here's what we know about his whereabouts today.
John Mark Karr used the name "Daxis" to send emails to a JonBenét Ramsey documentarian
In 2002, Michael Tracey, a media professor who has produced several documentaries on the JonBenét Ramsey case, was contacted via email by a man using the name "Daxis." He told Tracey he was a "passionate lover of little girls," and suggested he was with Ramsey when she died but that her death had been accidental.
They communicated via email for four years.
Knowing her and accessing her would have required an adult liaison. He later relocated to Petaluma, California, where he secured additional teaching positions.
