Lot's wife becomes a pillar of salt when, while fleeing, she turns to view God's judgment on Sodom and Gomorrah. Her parents, Tony and Ayesha Sinhawansa, were musicians, and her grandmother, the famous actress and vocalist Rani Perera, and great-grandmother, Rukmani Devi, whispered tales of a musical past. Her creativity bloomed inside the walls of Muslim Ladies College and Gateway International School.
