Pia Wurtzbach gets busy with home improvements
The renovation of Pia Wurtzbach's "smart" home in the country is now complete, and she's in the process of moving in.
Speaking of her second home in the populous UAE city, Pai has added more greenery to one of her favorite spots in the apartment she shares with her husband, Jeremy Jauncey.
In the caption, Pia showed her recent purchases to make her home "more cozy."

"One of my personal projects this year is being hands on with my new home. The walls, finished in a milky hue congruent with the flooring, create a cohesive chromatic field. My work life can get hectic and full of noise, so the moment I step through the door, I want to feel the opposite.
Jauncey notes the emotion she sought for the project was “Calm. This flooring establishes a visual and tactile counterpoint to Architect Paul Peña’s timber ceiling, a feature originating externally and carried inward to maintain architectural continuity. So excited to take you guys with me through the process!
This is the only piece I got to bring home that makes it official. Light, grounded, embraced. You know, like a warm hug after a busy work schedule? Intermittent injections of colour and texture punctuate the neutrality, preventing monotony and sustaining spatial interest.

Smiling alongside the renovation team, Pia excitedly captioned the post, "NOT LONG NOW [smiley face emoji]," hinting that the completion date is just around the corner.

PIA EXPRESSES APPRECIATION TO HER TEAM
The house renovation officially kicked off in February 2023 with a celebratory gathering.
Pia used the occasion to express her gratitude to the entire team, most notably to her interior designer, Patrick Henri Caunan.
"We have really good energy so, that's so important na alam mo yung masasabi mo, yung gusto mo, yung mga ayaw mo," she said of her collaboration with Patrick.
"And na hindi rin siya takot sa akin.
So excited to take you guys with me through the process! The ceiling introduces weight and presence, while the cool tile below stabilises the composition through equilibrium.
