يقر المشاركون بشكل صريح ودون تحفظ بتلقيهم الإبلاغ بشكل كامل مسبقًا حول:

المادة 4: تواريخ وشروط المشاركة في الجائزة

للتسجيل في الجائزة، يجب على المشاركين ملء الاستمارة المتاحة على الموقع الرسمي لمؤسسة عبد القادر بنصالح، كما هو موضح في المادة 2 أعلاه، خلال الفترة المحددة للجائزة، والتي تمتد من 15 يوليوز 2023 إلى 51 غشت 2023.

المشاركة في الجائزة مجانية.

يتم استبعاد الأشخاص الذين لم يقدموا المعلومات الكاملة الخاصة بهم وبهوياتهم أو الذين قدموها بطريقة غير دقيقة أو مضللة، وكذلك الأشخاص الذين يرفضون جمع وتسجيل واستخدام المعلومات ذات الطبيعة الشخصية المتعلقة بهم والضرورية من أجل سير الجائزة.

لا يمكنهم المشاركة:

•  مسؤولو أو موظفو مؤسسة عبد القادر بنصالح، وأي شخص أو شركة تشارك في تأسيس الجائزة، وأي شخص شارك في التطوير المباشر أو غير المباشر لهذه الجائزة، ولا سيما المتعاونين، كالسيدة وفاء نكاري، وكذلك أفراد عائلاتهم (أصولهم وأحفادهم) أزواجهم وإخوتهم وأخواتهم.

The widely respected Bensalah was considered able to manage the presidential succession process should Bouteflika not be able to finish his term. Emir Abdelkader chose 400 of his best troops for the job, and they carried out joint drills in Damascus's countryside.

When ready to train Ottoman officers, Emir Abdelkader was invited to attend.

He then ordered the dismissal of the city governor, Ahmad Izzat Pasha, a decorated Ottoman war hero who had led troops in wars with Russia.
