Tina Ambani is also chairperson of the Mudra Foundation for Communications Research and Education (MFFCRE). Appreciating the synergy between different forms of visual art, she came upon the idea to showcase the harmony between all forms of creativity, and offer young artists the chance to exhibit alongside seasoned veterans and acknowledged masters.

The first Harmony Art show, held in 1995, was the genesis for the formation of the Harmony Art Foundation, an internationally recognised platform dedicated to building relationships with Indian artists, spreading awareness of art, promoting academic activities, including workshops, and international collaborations.

She serves as the chairperson of the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai and is the founder of the Harmony Art Foundation, which supports Indian artists and their work. Other pioneering efforts include the first comprehensive centre for liver transplant and the first integrated centre for children's cardiac care in western India; its robotic surgery programme; and the centres for rehabilitation and sports medicine.

Tina‘s brother-in-law is Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries.

Career

Tina began her acting career with Dev Anand‘s film “Des Pardes” in 1978. She has also established the Harmony for Silvers Foundation, an elder welfare organisation.

Tina Ambani is a dedicated philanthropist, involved in various social causes.

With her as ambassador, the Group was announced as the first founding partner in India for the Global Goals Campaign, which seeks to promote the Global Goals adopted by the UN General Assembly for sustainable development to end poverty, fight inequality and injustice, and mitigate climate change by 2030. After her marriage to Anil Ambani in 1991, she began to take a keen interest in the design, research and development of a line of furnishing and textiles in the family company. She appeared in several successful movies during the late 1970s and 1980s, including:
