    Today, what these folks are talking about is a strict construction of the Constitution as they see it. Boys and girls cry when they leave. UCLA was one of the first I went to. Racism in this country has been going on since time immemorial. It gave you a lot of pride. Protests continued outside police headquarters until Castro was finally released from jail on bail on June 2.

    The board, nevertheless, relented on October 2 and restored Castro’s job. You had 100 to 200 kids coming together from LA County schools, from as far as Pomona, El Monte, La Puente, West LA, the Valley. Interacting with college folks and seeing all those PhDs really juices them. So, I’m sitting there at the Los Angeles Theatre.

    They never once bother to see Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution that says the government is there to promote the general welfare.
