Dr. Barrios-Paoli is also a member of the SEEDCO Board, whose mission is to advance economic opportunity for people, businesses, and communities in need.

Given the startling number of children currently in the homeless shelter system, we’re happy to see an experienced leader in family and youth services take the reins at DHS. The Network looks forward to working with Commissioner Taylor to develop effective housing-based solutions to homelessness.
