In high school, Emily left the business to focus on her studies. She received a BA in History from Dartmouth College. She received a BA in History from Dartmouth College. Emily started in the industry as a child actor.

She is a 2025 WGA East x FilmNation Screenwriting Fellow, 2024 Sundance Fellow and 2024 Enderby Entertainment Filmmaking Fellow.

In Hanover, Emily discovered her love of improvisational comedy, screenwriting, and history. These passions led her to become an Associate Producer for documentaries available on Netflix, AMC, Sundance Channel and PBS. Currently, Emily’s completing her MFA in TV Screenwriting at Columbia University. Emily’s female, queer, and Jewish identities are at the forefront of her story-telling.

For “fun,” Emily is training for her second marathon.

Originally from Castle Rock, Colorado. Austin Film Festival and MovieMaker Magazine named her a "2025 Screenwriter to Watch." Emily's films have played & won awards at festivals including Aspen ShortsFest, Palm Springs ShortFest, Austin Film Festival, SeriesFest and more.

She aspires to tell heartwarming and heart-wrenching stories inspired by real people.

As a pre-teen, Emily starred in a CBS series and appeared in various film and television productions on ABC, NBC and FOX. Emily studied at Dartmouth College (BA, History) and Columbia University (MFA, Screenwriting / Directing).

Originally from Castle Rock, Colorado. After successfully acting in local commercials and indie films, Emily’s family moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dream. She uses humor to explore body autonomy, identity, and love from a queer, female perspective. She aspires to tell heartwarming and heart-wrenching stories inspired by real people.

At 9 years old, Emily starred in a sitcom for children, CAKE TV, and appeared in various film and television productions on CBS, ABC, NBC and other networks.
