She is known for her expertise in Bharatanatyam and Odissi classical dance, having trained under the guidance of Guru Smt. Shobha Menon (Nasik) and Guru Smt. Daksha Mashruwala (Mumbai). She added that during that period she wanted to participate in a workshop conducted by Atul Mongia and her husband Bejoy Nambiar enrolled her on Atul Mongia’s workshop after she confessed to Bejoy about her interest.
She is a Mangalorean Malayali.

Sheetal Menon is an Indian model and actress hailing from Kerala and Mangalore. She also modelled twice for the Kingfisher calendar in 2005 and 2008.

Bejoy, a Malayali by birth, mainly worked in the Hindi film industry. The short film premiered at the Jio MAMI Mumbai Festival in 2019.

- In an interview, she revealed that she was very shy during her youth and had struggled to make acquaintances with people.

She made her directorial debut with the short film ‘Siblings.’ She ended her hiatus and made a return to the limelight with Siblings.
Nambiar won the Sony PIX Gateway to Hollywood competition, judged by industry veterans Ashok Amritraj, Rajat Kapoor, and Anurag Basu, as the best director. He gained recognition for his acclaimed short films, Rahu and Reflections, featuring Mohanlal. Prior to marrying Sheetal, Bejoy had been married to Juhi Babbar, the daughter of Bollywood actors Raj Babbar and Nadira Babbar, but they divorced in 2009.
It’s worth mentioning that rumors about Sheetal and Bejoy’s marriage circulated in March 2015, but Bejoy denied them at the time, stating they were baseless.
Bejoy, originally from Kerala, primarily works in the Hindi film industry. Sheetal is a trained Indian classical dancer, who specialised in Bharatanatyam, Odissi, and Kathak. Sheetal was his second wife. The film was screened at multiple film festivals worldwide.

Tamil and Telugu
Sheetal made her Telugu debut with the Allu Arjun starrer Julayi (2012) and played the role of Devayani opposite Sonu Sood.
She was cast in Saagasam (2016), which was the Tamil remake of Julayi.

In 2019, she was cast in the Hindi anthology Flip. She made her debut with an advertisement for Clinic All Clear and also was selected for the Lakme India Fashion Week 2003 held at the National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
While talking about the case in media, the CBI officials said,

In 2006, Sheetal Menon and Bollywood actor John Abraham did an advertisement for Diet Pepsi.
After her father’s demise, her mother, Premlatha, took up a job in the Indian army in Nashik, Maharashtra, where her father used to serve.
