Ruste Juxx became known as a talented rapper who was mentored by the famous rapper Sean Price. He is a protege of Sean Price, and a frequent guest rapper on Duck Down Records recordings. Kappa Jotta, Ruste Juxx, Fuse & DJ X-Acto "Um dia novo" produced by Sensei D.

    Sean loved how I rhymed and let me feature on two songs from Heltah Skeltahs second Album Magnum Force, the title track “Magnum Force” and “Gangs All Here”. Some of his other albums include Adamantine (2010), Hardbodie Hip Hop (2012) with Kyo Itachi, and V.I.C. (2012) with The Arcitype.

    He also released Ready to Juxx (2013) with VSTheBest, and Def by Stereo (2016) with Beat Bruisers and Pawz One.

    In 2016, he released another album with Kyo Itachi called Meteorite. This album came out through Duck Down Music. His first time appearing on a song was in 1998. This means he would rap a verse or two on their tracks. He was featured on the track "Magnum Force" from the album Magnum Force by the group Heltah Skeltah.

    RUSTE JUXX: Ruste Juxx is an Indestructible Emcee who was born and raised in Crown Heights, Brooklyn that later became a internationally known underground King.

    VALIDATED: Being from Crown Heights, Brooklyn, New York, what’s your earliest memory of hip hop culture?

    RUSTE JUXX: My first introduction to Hip Hop was a tape that my uncle gave to me when I was around four or five years old.

    It changed my life.

    VALIDATED: What’s the one piece of advice that he gave you that seems to resonate with you most?

    RUSTE JUXX: I learned from his actions. I loved it and it’s a great part of my history.

    VALIDATED: Do you ever get the itch to battle? 

    RUSTE JUXX: No, I don’t but if I ever have to go to war on the mic I'm more that ready.

    He released the EP Black Son Rise in 2015 with Omen44 and Noriq.

    He has also released several singles, which are individual songs. Me and Rock are two elite architects building and destroying.
