Muddu (Mudhu) Babu (Balwant) Shetty is an Indian stuntman of the 1970s.

But acting was not in his control. Munimji starred Dev Anand and Nalini Jaywant. It was during his boxing practice he came across K N Mendon, a famous gymnast, and he decided to train Shetty professionally. But, to be in social circles with them, he used to throw lavish parties. He had four children: two daughters and two sons named Hriday Shetty, a filmmaker, and Uday Shetty with her.

He came to be known as the undefeated boxing champion of Bombay. He found a passion for boxing and began training under K N Mendon, a renowned gymnast. The respect and friendships in this line were due to his income only. Ratna and Mudhu Shetty have one son and four daughters- Rohit, Chanda, Chaya, and Mahek. He has worked as an action choreographer/stunt director for films such as Singapore (1960), China Town (1962), Phir Wohi Dil Laya Hoon (1963), Dost (1974), and Don (1978).

However, Shetty didn’t enjoy these ordinary jobs and disliked deskbound work. B. Shetty passed away on 23 January 1982 at the age of 51 years after suffering from a fall at home.
