Others playing parts in the intrigue were board members Sandy Segerstrom Daniels, Smith, and KIA President/COO Len Hunt.
For $15,500, Rickand Karen Julianwon the first-class-airfare trip for four to Washington, D.C., along with a rare private tour of the Smithsonian Institution’s National Gem Collection featuring the Hope Diamond, a stay at the District’s Ritz-Carlton Hotel and cocktails with conservancy board member John Katkishat the exclusive Metropolitan Club.
The $8,400 opportunity drawing, featuring a pair of 18k white gold and diamond Hammerman Brothers’ initial drop earrings, was won by Ralph Ultzetterfor fiancee Pam Horowitz.
Guests were invited to share a Glenmorangie Scotch toast with Glenmorangie ambassador David Blackmoreafter the Loggins jam, and Fresh, represented by co-founder Lev Glazman, presented female guests with a Fresh fragrance, courtesy also of Neiman Marcus.
