ناصر ملک مطیعی به انگلیسی Naser Malek Motiee در 22 فروردین 1309 در تهران متولد شد.
ملک مطیعی پس از انقلاب در مشاغلی هم چون قنادی و مشاور املاک فعالیت داشته است.
ناصر ملک مطیعی دیپلم رشته تربیت دانشسرای عالی تهران است و قبل از آن که به سینما راه یابد معلم ورزش دبستان های تهران بود.

فعالیت او در سینما با بازی در صحنه کوتاهی از فیلم واریته بهار آغاز شد و پس از آن در فیلم های ولگرد، گرداب، غفلت، اتهام، عروس فراری، سایه سرنوشت، آس و پاس، مردها و جادهها، مردان روزگار، فیلم قیصر در کنار بهروز وثوقی، علی بی غم، فیلم طوقی و غلام ژاندارم از معروف ترین فیلم های او محسوب می شوند.

London, 1 Jun – The funeral of legendary actor Naser Malek Motiee in Tehran, on May 27, attracted thousands of Iranians, who once again called for regime change out of respect for the banned actor and out of hope that Iran will be free at last.
Malek Motiee, who passed away from kidney failure on Friday, May 25, was a beloved veteran of Iran’s golden age of cinema, but when the mullahs stole power in 1979, they banned him and others that were identified with the era of the Shah’s rule and did not conform to Islamic revolutionary values.
The actor and director have described the hardship of being forced into seclusion for years as “indescribable” and “heartbreaking”, during a rare newspaper interview.
Despite this censorship and being forced to work in retail, Malek Motiee still remained a popular figure in Iran, with people able to enjoy his work on contraband videos and illegal satellite dishes.
They even referenced one of Malek Motiee’s most famous films, with the chant “Qeysar, help! Ali Saves Abbas, and Mahtab, Realizing Ali's Sacrifice, Goes to Meet Him to Reconcile.
