Thulisile Phongolo (born 1994) is a South African actress, most famous for acting as Namhla Diale, the daughter of ex-convict Lucy Diale (Manaka Ranaka), in the soap, Generations.

Thulisile Phongolo began her acting career when she landed the role of Zama on the third season of the SABC 1 drama series titled Tshisa.

After graduating from high school, she joined the University of Johannesburg to study strategic marketing communications.

Television Career

Phongolo’s acting career started with her role as Zama on Tshisa, a TV series by the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC).

Later, while serving as a prefect in high school, she played Namhla Diale on Generations: The Legacy.

She grew up in a family of three with a sister and a younger brother. Her family is wealthy, and she had a comfortable childhood, but not much is known about them.
