Neuware -In the present study, preparation of azomethine metal complexes have been carried out by employing the isolation of these complexes as para- Toluic hydrazide (PTH) with aldehyde of 2-Hydroxy-3-methoxy benzaldehyde (O-Vanillin) by combining the metals like Mo(VI) and V(V) which in turn the transition metal complexes using with these new ligands are also found place as insecticides, fungicides, antiviral, tuberculosis, anticancer, herbicides, anti-inflammatory and the recent literature reveals some of these Schiff base metal complexes have been sanctifies as a chelating agent, analytical reagent and as a catalyst in industrial , surface active reagent.
