Michael Ealy is an American actor who is best known for his roles in Beyoncé’s “Halo” music video (2009), Barbershop (2002), 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003), Takers (2010), Think Like a Man (2012), About Last Night (2014), Think Like a Man Too (2014), The Perfect Guy (2015), and The Intruder (2019).
Ealy reprised this role in the film's sequel, "Barbershop 2: Back in Business," released in 2003.
Alongside his work in the "Barbershop" franchise, Ealy also had supporting roles in the action-comedy "Bad Company" and the action film "2 Fast 2 Furious." He also appeared in a two-episode arc of the popular television series "ER."
In his next project, Ealy had the opportunity to work with Academy Award winner Halle Berry in the film adaptation of Zora Neale Hurston's novel, "Their Eyes Were Watching God," titled "Oprah Winfrey Presents: Their Eyes Were Watching God." Although the film did not significantly contribute to Ealy's reputation, his next role in the TV series "Sleeper Cell" was highly successful.
