    Impressive!

    Impressive directional debut from Perceval.

After gaining stage training he began appearing in Belgian film and television productions, starting with the 2007 comedic drama "With Friends Like These," in a significant supporting role.

The acting by the ''jonge''is just prizeworthy considering age and complexity of the acts, also acclaim for good direction of the whole cast that delivers in the most peculiar way...

but its not a film for everyone, there are loads of sideshow arts in the plotted story, just try to walk the straight line and you will be surprised how easy it is, even without the balancebeam.

Off screen, he continues to be a stage actor and has also written plays for Belgian theater companies.

Part of an acting family, Perceval is the son of Luk Perceval, a noted Belgian actor and theater director. Much better than Casa de Papel, because a lot more realistic, to begin with... The Day is the best.

    Brilliant, Cunning, Crazy

Kudos to this Belgian Crime series for its brilliant script and crazy screenplay.

Read all14-year-old drug dealer Johnny is in a home for young people. Like Coventry, I feel as if I've viewed the worst and the best of European TV drama this week. 24 very intense hours

There are so many TV-series being made in Flanders, Belgium, but I think I have been watching the absolute BEST and the absolute WORST series in parallel during the past weeks.

There are negotiators, special intervention squads, bomb experts and hectic media circuses. This is supreme movie making.

Not some Hollywood style action movie. He starred in the 2009 short "Prediker" and made several TV appearances, including stints on the comedies "Super 8" in 2009 and "Duts" the following year. The next episode always covers the same time span but seen from the "inside" via the hostage takers, the prisoners and their petrified families.

I love the way how it unfolds its mystery gradually through such intriguing drama.

What difference The Day makes! In the film Perceval plays the childhood friend of the main character, who is now working with a shady businessman. And also it doesn't try and picture thiefs like they fight for a noble cause, like Casa does.

Perceval has also made appearances on several popular Belgian TV shows including a recurring part on the Flemish police series "Zone stad," which began in 2009.
