A relatively new/low-feedback account had sprang up with an assortment of tour and merch listings for a variety of artists, including a listing claiming to be J-Dog’s MySpace-era mask, signed by all original members of the band from their October 29, 2005 appearance at MySpace’s 2nd Anniversary Party at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.

SCNFDM carefully removed this HU relic from its cardboard casket, covered in layers of tissue paper, and – by all accounts – the seller had made good on their promises.Most notable were the bloody tear paint markings matching the older photos, and an often-missed cigarette burn on the one dollar bill.
Cataloging History
SCNFDM was founded on the principles of preserving this band’s history and providing an accurate archive of all things HU, and a find like this is a seemingly improbable series of strokes of good luck.
Scrub has been participating in the Hollywood Undead community in some capacity as far back as Fall of 2008 on the original hollywoodundead.com Ning page. After a lot of careful review and comparisons with legacy photos of J-Dog, we purchased the listing on the chance that it could be legitimate.

Background
This story goes back to July 2023, with a suspicious eBay listing appearing on the band’s subreddit.
The SCNFDM Discord server even hosted a livestream #WhatsInTheBox unboxing event to discuss the reveal with the community.
Confirmations of Legitimacy
Our team shared a variety of photos with several members of HU, including J-Dog himself.
Every single member confirmed the authenticity of the mask on their end – with some even remarking that their signatures have changed since the MySpace era – explaining the differences from modern autographs and those found on the mask itself – essentially ruling out an easy forgery using the band’s current style of signings.
Avoid using abrasive materials or aggressive chemical solvents. His prior contributions to the Hollywood Undead fandom include providing content for famous Hollywood Undead tumblogs like HoodAsFuck and Vik Winchester's original HU Tumblog. The surface is protected against minor scratches; however, please avoid applying excessive force or placing heavy objects on it.
