In 2005, they released their first Tamil hip-hop mixtape ‘Vishwaroobam Arambam’ and in 2012, they released their first album ‘Hiphop Tamizhan.’ He appeared in some music videos like ‘Excuse Me Kathali’ (2010), ‘Ezhuvoam Vaa’ (2011), ‘Takkaru Takkaru’ (2016), etc.

In 2013, he worked with Remy Martin on an International album ‘International Tamizhan’ that contains 8 tracks, out of which 2 songs have been sung by American artists ‘Sol’ and ‘Emcee Call’ but this album is not yet released.

Apart from releasing their own music tracks, the duo has also composed music for various movies Kathakali, Thani Oruvan, Indru Netru Naalai and Aambala. Their first Tamil hip-hop mixtape, “Vishwaroobam Arambam,” was released in 2005, followed by their debut album, “Hiphop Tamizhan,” in 2012.

    The release of this album became the milestone for the destiny of their band. It was in 2012, that Hiphop Tamizha released their first official album, Hiphop Tamiizhan which became India’s first Tamil Hip Hop Album. He married Latchaya in a private ceremony in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh on November 30, 2017.

    Adhi’s educational background includes schooling at Chavara Vidya Bhavan, Coimbatore, an Electrical Engineering degree from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of Madras.

 

He made his first Youtube Account with an image of Tamil poet Subramaniam Bharathi, due to the fear of getting caught. Initially, Adhi’s father did not support him in his musical career and it was only after Adhi’s father saw his work that he was convinced. He faced serious oppossition by his parents for pursuing the career of his interest.

Only when his neighbour made him listen to the tunes of Michael Jackson, Adhi developed the intrest in the field of rapping.
