Henry Sloane never remarried after his divorce.
Henry Sloane passed away on September 18, 1937, in Southampton, New York. After his divorce, he rented the house out and later sold it.

Sloane did not remarry, but after the divorce he built 18 East 68th Street, where he lived with his two daughters: Jessie married George Dunton Widener Jr., whose father lived at the legendary Lynnewood Hall but went down with the Titanic; and, Emily, married Amaury, Baron de la Grange, and lived with him at the Château de La Motte-au-Bois.

Henry Thompson Sloane (December 1, 1845 – September 18, 1937) was an American businessman during the Gilded Age.
Early life
Sloane was born in New York City on December 1, 1845. In 1870, he moved to San Francisco to open a new branch of the company in California. 25 June 2019 . When the company was incorporated in 1891, Sloane became a director and remained on the board until his death.[2] He later served as a senior director and treasurer of the company.
