Harvey’s maintains his own grueling personal fitness regime everyday. He is a father of two children.

One boy, Harvey V, and one girl, Tiyauna Denise.

Born in Chicago on the 21st Dec 1966, Harvey Walden IV joined the U.S. Marines aged 17 and completed his Basic Military Marine training (also referred to as `Boot Camp') at MCRD San Diego, California.

Having travelled the world, 20 years on and Harvey is still a serving marine.

Walden is best known in the United Kingdom and United States for his role as the expert fitness instructor on Video Hits One"s and Independent Television"s prime-time shows Fat Club and Celebrity Fit Club.

In the 2007 season of Fit Club, during a heated exchange, contestant Dustin Diamond (the actor commonly known as Screech from Saved by the Bell) challenged Walden to "physical combat".

Walden responded to the challenge after Dustin refused to follow their diet and exercise plans.

He has a keen interest in General Health, Sports and Fitness and has played semi-pro American Football as a running back for the U.K's London Mets.

Harvey is best-known in the U.K. and U.S. for scaring the living daylights out of over-weight celebrities and contestants in ITV's and VH1's 'Celebrity Fit Club' as his role as the no-nonsense expert fitness instructor.

Harvey was a Drill Instructor at MCRD Parris Island, S.C. and has trained numerous platoons making men into marines and officers, ensuring recruits are fully prepared to meet the challenges of the battlefield by supplying the tools necessary to perform given tasks with efficiency, and the confidence to succeed in the face of adversity.

He served as a Drill Instructor at MCRD, Parris Island, South Carolina and retired from active duty in September 2007 at the rank of First Sergeant.

Harvey is a well trained marksman who shoots with expert qualifications and has black belts for various types of martial arts. He has a keen interest in General Health, Sports and Fitness and has played semi-pro American Football with the U.K’s London Mets.
