13-year-old Edward, standing in line among other teenagers, was spotted by Mali Finn, who was looking for a talented young man for the role of John Connor in James Cameron's action movie Terminator 2: Judgment Day. The gifted young man managed to make himself known: Edward bypassed thousands of competitors in the casting and got the coveted role in a science fiction film, which eventually became a cult.

Perhaps there is no person in the world who does not know about the existence of a franchise based on the plot of a war between ordinary people and intelligent cyborgs.

She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of California at Berkeley and later pursued legal studies at Pepperdine University School of Law, obtaining a Master’s in Dispute Resolution.

Jacqueline Domac’s Career in Education and Film

In the early 1990s, Jacqueline began working as a stand-in on film sets, notably on “Terminator 2: Judgment Day” in 1991.

And a poster with John Connor, who is holding the wheel and looking seriously at the camera, hung in the room of almost every teenager. The protagonist of this thriller tries to commit suicide in an extraordinary way: a young man locks himself in a refrigerator. Furlong won Saturn and MTV Movie Awards for his breakthrough performance as John Connor in Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991).

In this picture, Edward played the son of a doctor and the main suspect in the case. Before him are Bobby Jindal (1971), Ralph Linton (1893), Kerry King (1964), Rick Barry (1944), Charles Mackerras (1925), and Brad Bird (1957). But in the film "Below Zero", where he appeared in the same year, Edward got the main role of a screenwriter named Jack. John Connor, in which Edward reincarnated, is one of the main characters in The Terminator, the last hope of humanity for salvation and a peaceful existence.

He had significant roles in the comedy Detroit Rock City (1999) and the crime drama Animal Factory (2000).

But few people know that while working on "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" Edward pretty ruffled the nerves of the director.

The main character, high school student Michael, plays with the computer for days on end, forgetting about the lessons. During this period, she also took on the role of his manager.

This relationship raised eyebrows due to the significant age gap and Furlong’s status as a minor. It happened at the entrance to the Pasadena Boys and Girls Club.
