19 YEARS TODAY - On this day 19 years ago I broke up with a boy who had broken my heart more times than I could count, in order to chase a man who was equally as unavailable (to me).
Her daily practices include meditation, which she considers an act of self-love and a method to gain clarity. When I gave up all substances and began working a program of recovery, I got better. The loneliness. Meet Dufflyn Lammers, an American love coach, actress, writer, and poet. I wish I could just hold her in my arms and tell her -- don't give up just yet sweetheart, the miracle is coming.
Her journey through recovery provided her with insights that she now uses to help others. Dufflyn Lammers’ story reminds us of the power of both love and creativity to transform lives. . . Nobody takes this journey alone. What started as a captivating summer romance led to Dufflyn eventually relocating to Paris.
