The first break in serials gave Devi chances to act further few teleserials with veteran director Adam Ayub's 'Sthree Parvam Navam' and with Shajiyem on 'Nakshatrangal Ariyathe'.

    Daughter of professors V. Ramachandran Nair and S. Lalithambika. Devi and Ajith Kumar have a daughter, Nandana Ajith, who was born in 1993. Also runs a boutique in Trivandrum in the name Scarlet for the past 20 years.

    Born and brought up in Trivandrum, Kerala, she started her career with Asianet by anchoring Pattupetty.

    Among the short films, the famous one was 'Cupid' directed by Sohan. She is also famous for her hosting show 'Paatu Petti' which was aired by Asianet. 

     

    Devi Ajith did her schooling from Nirmala Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram and done graduation in Law from Kerala Law Academy.

    Further she got an opportunity to work in a Malayalam Film 'Seetha Kalyanam' alongside Jayaram, Jyothika, and Geethu Mohandas.

    Devi Ajith (born March 28, 1973) is an actress, dancer and a television personality in the Mollywood industry. While doing anchoring in a TV show, director Shyama Prasad spotted Devi and offered her a role in his upcoming serial 'Manal Nagaram' which was based on the story of Dubai Malayalees and their culture.

    Before establishing her career in serials, Devi was famous as an anchor and VJ on various shows. Trivandrum Lodge movie has been a great turning point in career of Devi Ajith. After taken a long break from TV shows and serials Devi Ajith is back now with a stipulated role in V.K Prakash critically acclaimed movie 'Trivandrum Lodge' with a character named Zarina.
