Andranik has forty or more medals, including from Vazgen Sargsyan and Seryan Ohanyan [former ministers of defense], but he was not awarded the “Combat Cross”.

On May 30, 1999, Manukyan was elected as a deputy to the parliament and joined the permanent commission on financial, credit, budget, and economic issues.
They learned that he was injured.

The next day there was no call.
