That sounds like something you can’t believe until I tell you that if you’re not 100 parent satisfied, Toptal will give you your money back and they’ll still pay the developer.

So, they are willing to bank on it.

The other thing is that frankly if it’s not as much of a defensible space as I would have wanted. We’ve done a bunch of testing regarding the golden data set approach. It’s intensive.

Everything’s fine. They had a good run but didn’t end up making it in the end. Everybody is suffering from this industry and we keep making it bigger and keep making it worse.

What do you think the solution is?

A big part of what I do is I try to understand problems and this is an industry that’s full of problems.
