He is the chairman of the Board of Trustees of Mother Rosa Memorial Foundation which owns the Assumption-run school in San Simon, Pampanga; Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Assumption Antipolo; a member of the board of trustees of the University of the Assumption in San Fernando, Pampanga; a board committee member of the Ateneo Professional Schools; and a member of the board of advisors of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
He is a member of the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), a member of the board of the Philippine Business for Education (PBEd), and a member of the board of the Makati Business Club.
A Management Engineering graduate of Ateneo de Manila University, Lito, and his wife, Nadie, are blessed with two daughters.

Gokongweis tap ex-Accenture PH boss as Robinsons Retail independent director

(RRHI) has appointed former Accenture Philippines head Manolito “Lito” Tayag as an independent director, adding a veteran of the country’s information technology and outsourcing industry to its board.
“We are pleased to welcome Lito to the RRHI board,” chairperson Robina Gokongwei-Pe said in a statement. In his career at Accenture, he has played key roles in driving country strategy and initiatives, building and growing client accounts, developing industry and technology capabilities, and promoting global visibility for the Philippine Delivery Center (PDC).
Lito is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), the industry umbrella association; and was elected to the Board of directors of the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) in 2006-2007.
Lito is active in the education and development sectors.

Tayag led Accenture’s Philippine operations from March 2010 to November 2022, overseeing consulting, technology and interactive services.

Lito is the Country Managing Director (CMD) of Accenture, Inc.
(Philippines), with geographic responsibility for the growth and sustainability of Accenture's business in the Philippines of providing Technology, Operations, Interactive, and Consulting services to Accenture's global and local clients. He drove the firm’s local strategy, talent programs and industry capabilities, helping raise the Philippines’ profile in the global IT sector.
He also chaired the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines, where he helped craft and implement the IT-BPM Industry Roadmap 2022.
He currently sits on the boards of the Makati Business Club, PHINMA Education Holdings Inc., FWD Life Insurance Corp.
