Kempaiah IPS is a police officer from Karnataka, India.
It is indeed difficult for me to enumerate every one of them, as I am not really in the know of what Kempaiah was doing. However, it was proof for his popularity among the masses. Here I am recalling his days in Mysore and the invaluable service he rendered to the Police Department.
It was he and he alone who provided absolute infrastructure to City Police Department which was collapsing at that time being neglected for many years in the past.

Who is Kempaiah?
Kempaiah IPS is a policeofficer from Karnataka, India.
The building was later completed and was inaugurated too but Kempaiah was conspicuous by his absence at the function. Kempaiah is one of the few living people from Karnataka who has had a movie made about his life. He turned out to be a renaissance man of the Police Department, having restored almost all the dilapidated Police Stations without sacrificing the heritage character of the buildings.
But then, certain achievements and contributions that were visible should be mentioned here.
