Voltaire is a famous 17th century writer who is known for advocating separation of religious and administrative institutions through his works. They help organize everything.

Say is most famous for "Say's law," or the "law of markets." This idea is often summed up in a few ways:

Frederic Passy was an economist and a peace activist who received the first Nobel Peace Prize along with Henri Durant.
He separated the role of the entrepreneur from the role of someone who just provides money. He said that money is just a temporary tool in trade.
He was also among the first to argue that money was neutral in its effect on the economy.
Some experts aren't sure if he was the very first person to come up with it.
He was also one of the first economists to study entrepreneurship. He noted that in any business, there are "obstacles to overcome, worries to manage, problems to fix, and solutions to invent." He added that there is always some risk involved.
Say's ideas helped to inspire neoclassical economics which arose later in the 19th century.
