He studied acting in Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT).

The MTV Splitsvilla 4 was a reality show on MTV held in Dubai in 2010. in Mechanical Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management from NMIMS. Dushhyant's Qabilah had three girl participants namely Priya Shinde, Akriti Bhamri and Ruchita Rao.

T was a love hunting show and the participants had to perform certain tasks to remain in competition and mingle with the crowd to find love. Prior to his participation in the contest, he worked as a crime reporter for a TV channel and he got a good opportunity to enter into the glamour world with the victory in Splitsvilla. He has also played a key role as a people and process safety expert in major Fortune 500 MNCs, fostering collaboration, safety, innovation, and supply chain optimization.

His hard work, passion, and commitment to excellence have earned him accolades like “Employee of the Year,” “Manager of the Year,” and “Star Employee of the Year” from reputed MNCs, reflecting his dedication to achieving positive outcomes.

Dushyant Yadav is from Dehradun and is a winner of MTV Splitsvilla 4 with Priya Shindea model form Pune. As a Chartered Engineer from the Institute of Engineers of India (IEI), a core American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) member, and a BEE-certified Energy Manager, he is dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth.

With over 17 years of distinguished experience, he has firmly established himself as a leader in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).

it had 4 boys and 13 girls selected through auditions. His expertise spans end-to-end manufacturing, including project execution, plant operations, maintenance, and supply chain management. His performance as a simple and down to earth guy in Amita Ka Amit as Sanjay was much praised.

Apart from this, Dushyant has also done modeling for various brands in print shoots and walked ramp in Lakme India Fashion Week etc.
