Your autobiography is written about you so write as yourself instead of pretending to be writing about someone else.

My earliest memory is of my grandmother reading me stories under the oak tree in her backyard. You can organize by chronological order (who you met first) but I recommend building to the most interesting or most significant person.

Give yourself time and space to write down the most significant people, events, lessons, and experiences in your life.
